Very nicely done little film about Fulton's forgotten invention. He actually demonstrated it's power by sinking a small boat, but the British interest was small due to having their fleet. Napoleon's was more interesting - but he felt it was not a very manly way of fighting at sea - that it was sneaky. In an old 1960's foreign film about Napoleon called AUSTERLITZ, Fulton was played by tne non-Fulton looking Orson Welles (who was too fat) - Cornell Wilde looked more like Fulton.
